Delivery and Shipping
We offer fast and free shipping on UK orders over £40. You will receive a courtesy message once the order has been dispatched and you can monitor the items progress online. Our delivery options can be found here.
We usually allow 1-2 working days for delivery in the UK. The Royal Mail Tracked 24 service that we use includes full online tracking so you can monitor the items progress. Delivery timescales for the EU and Rest of the World can be found here.

Returns and Refunds
Yes, no problem. Provided the item is within 30 days of receipt of your order and is in ‘as new’ condition with hangtags still attached, you can return it to us for a full refund. The monies will be credited to the same card that the initial payment was taken.
This means that the product is unused and is in the same condition as when you received it from us. Swing tags must still be attached and the original packaging retained. If the product shows any signs of use (stains, hairs, creases, odours) then we will not be able to restock it and consequently not be able to accept it for refund. In such circumstances, the item will be returned to you.
You should should complete the Returns or Exchange Form that was included with your order. If you have not got this form, please email us at support@mynv.com, quoting your Order ID and we will send you a copy. Return the product and the completed Return or Exchange Form to:

Yes. Exchanges are permitted provided the item is within 30 days of receipt of your order and is in ‘as new’ condition with hangtags still attached, you can return it to us for a full refund or exchange. This exchange can be either for the same product but in a different size or colour, or for an entirely different product altogether. In the case of an exchange for an alternative product, assuming a difference in price, we will either refund you the difference or take additional payment. For all items returned for exchange, postage costs fall to the customer. Correctly returned products will be exchanged within five working days from date of receipt and returned to you at our expense.
For all items returned for refund or exchange, postage costs fall to the customer. For all items retuned as faulty, and accepted as so by us, the postage costs will be reimbursed by MyNV to the customer at a rate equivalent to Royal Mail Recorded Service (UK customers) or Royal Mail International Signed for Service (International Customers).

Sizing
We know that the right fit is so important when choosing your sportswear. Our detailed size guide can be found here. Measure your body as described and then choose the corresponding product size.
Currently we only sell full length leggings, but we intend to expand our collection in the coming months.
Our bras have an innovative triple layer design to fully support your work out. We don’t believe that women should fit into the same mould and this should be the same for bras. For this reason, we don’t use moulded cups but utilise a cut-and-sew method for natural shaping and comfort.
Product Care
We source all of our fabrics very carefully and each of our products has specific washing guidelines which can be found on the product pages. We do not recommend the use fabric conditioners with any of our products. Our product care guide can be found here.
