Personal Trainer – MyNV Pro Team
Like many women, Jane didn’t enjoy PE at school but came back to fitness later in life after being inspired by personal coaching. Based on her own transformational journey to become a full time Personal Trainer, she encourages other women to get active and change the way their bodies feel and perform.
She teaches fitness, predominantly strength, conditioning and cardio. Her full body sequences help her clients tone and define arms, shoulders, legs, chest and abdominals and lower back. A keen trail runner, Jane also loves being outside and having muddy fun. In addition to her work with MyNV, Jane also delivers fitness and nutrition programmes to young offenders and families who live in poverty.

Hi. my name is Ulle Jonsson, I am a member of the MyNV Pro Team and I want to help you achieve your fitness and wellness goals.
I love yoga and really enjoy the sense of calm and inner peace that comes from it.
I have been lucky enough to practise my yoga across the world and get inspiration from some beautiful places and wonderful teachers. I devoted myself to full time yoga instruction and now work at some great studios in Bristol and around the South West.
I want to help you break down the barriers you might have around yoga and share with you some great flowing and restorative styles, so that you can enjoy the magic that comes from connecting mind, body and breath.
