We warrant all garments purchased directly from us against defects in materials and workmanship for two years.  If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect we will either repair the product without charge, replace the product or credit the product at our discretion.  This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, laundering, normal wear and tear or the natural breakdown of colours and materials over extended time and use.  We are currently unable to process repairs for items not covered under the terms of our warranty policy.  This warranty gives specific legal rights; it does not affect any other statutory rights you may have as a consumer and which may vary from country to country.

In order for us to service your claim your returned product must be clean. If your item has not been cleaned before it arrives we will be happy to clean it for you for a nominal charge, which we’ll confirm with you first.


How do I submit a Warranty claim?

Please email us at support@mynv.com, with a brief description of the issue.  Please also include your Order Number.

What is “normal wear and tear”?

Sportswear that is used every day will degrade faster than for someone who only wears their product two or three times per week.  Eventually every product will begin to show signs of age, and we take this into consideration when assessing your warranty request.  It may be that your product has simply reached the end of its practical lifetime and it is time for it to be replaced.  If so, we hope you will continue to trust MyNV to support you achieve your goals.

Will you repair or replace my product?

If a MyNV product fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair the item at our expense.  If the product is not repairable, or the cost of the repairs exceeds the value of the product, at our discretion, we may choose to replace the product instead.

How long will it take to get my product back?

We aim to repair your product as quickly as possible and are normally able to turn things around within 28 days.  We'll keep you updated throughout.

How much will it cost to get repairs done?

For any repairs covered by our warranty policy there is no charge to you.

Who handles shipping costs?

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items to MyNV, and we will then cover the return shipping costs.  Please ensure that you ship the product using a carrier that can provide you with tracking information and proof of delivery.  You are responsible for your product until we sign for its delivery.
